Panna Cotta - a traditional Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatine. We turn this dessert into a delicious topping in our fresh milk tea. Sweetened by the top quality brown sugar, we prepare our panna cotta drinks freshly on-site everyday!

Taro Pureé - We cook our Taro pureé freshly in our shop. So what is taro? Taro is slightly sweet and nutty in flavour, and it’s the root of the taro plant, which grows in tropical and semitropical climates all over the world. Taro has actually been a food staple in many Southeast Asian, South Indian, African and Pacific Island cultures for centuries. Registered Dietitian and Spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Alissa Rumsey describes taro as “a starchy vegetable similar to a potato but with twice the fiber.” Sounds good to us! Most of the bubble tea shops use taro flavour powder to make their taro bubble teas. But at Jo's Tea, we only use fresh taro, which contains all the nutrition benefits of it, yummy!

Yakult - Yakult is a fermented milk drink containing unique bacteria scientifically proven to reach the gut alive. We love it so much! In each Yakult drink we add two whole bottles of Yakult and fresh tea/ fruit. They are specially designed for Yakult lovers!
